When dealing with confusing or multicolored backgrounds, these fluorescent powders serve a dual purpose. The dark pigment of the Dazzle Powders is easy to discern under natural light. The Dazzle Yellow Powder gives off an intense fluorescent yellow when excited, Dazzle Red gives off an Intense Red when excited . They can be applied with virtually all magnetic powder applicators.
